Relationships, assets lost if college closes (Santa Fe New Mexican)

The College of Santa Fe as it exists today will close at the end of the school year. The financially troubled school has mortgaged its entire 100-acre campus for about $35 million in bonds and loans, and it’s defaulted on payment on bonds representing $25 million of that debt.
