Generali Falls on Concern About Integration of Alleanza, Toro (Bloomberg)

Feb. 24 (Bloomberg) — Assicurazioni Generali SpA , Italy’s biggest insurer, fell to its lowest since 1997 on investor concern the integration of the company’s Alleanza Assicurazioni SpA and Toro units won’t achieve predicted cost savings.
