Capmark Debt Tumbles as KKR-Owned Lender Seeks Loan Revisions (Bloomberg)

Feb. 26 (Bloomberg) — Bonds of Capmark Financial Group Inc., the commercial mortgage lender owned by investors including KKR & Co. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc., fell to a record after the company said it may record a fourth-quarter pretax loss of $800 million and might default on its bank loans.
