Borse Dubai Finds New Loans to Refinance Debt (New York Times)

The state-owned Investment Corporation of Dubai has provided up to $2.3 billion of the $3.4 billion that Borse Dubai needed to refinance an existing syndicated loan, Reuters reported, citing bankers with knowledge of the deal.
